Copala at Quivira Los Cabos
Copala at Quivira Los Cabos is the first full ownership real estate at Sunset Beach. The gated community covers over 24 acres on the Pacific coast. The community consists of seven towers of condominiums and 86 homes. The terraced layout for the placement of the residences allows for optimal enjoyment of the expansive golf and ocean views. Infrastructure & Services
The infrastructure and services being installed at Copala meet the standards of modern resort and residential communities in Mexico.
Water: Both potable and irrigation water are suppled to Copala by a number of developer owned deep wells and the city’s desalinization plant. Irrigation water is also stored on-site until needed.
Phone, Internet and TV: Phone service is provided by fiber optic cables. Every residence will have what is required to contract telephone & internet services through the provider of choice. The TV locations will have hidden wiring for satellite TV along with a pre-wired network for data and internet.
Electricity: Mexico operates on the same 110-volt 60 cycles as the United States and Canada. The Federal Electric Commission provides service to Copala.
Sewer: To eliminate on-site waste water, a number of water treatment plans will be installed. In keeping with the developers commitment to ecological preservation, no wastewater will be discharged into the ocean. Instead, the treated water will be recycled and used for irrigation on the golf course and landscaping.
Ownership at Copala is simple with direct financing being offered by the developer. Buyers are pre-approved with no reporting to U.S. credit agencies, as to not affect your investment ratios in the United States. With 50% paid during the construction period, the remaining amount can be financed for 10 years at 6% with no pre-payment penalties. A great solution for leveraging your investment.
The Copala Community Club House will have a complete gym, exercise decks for Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation, pool, steam room, kids playgrounds, Cafe and bike/walking paths.

In addition the parents of the member and spouse have the ability to enjoy the facilities when in residence without additional charge.
In addition members have eligibility to participate in club tournaments, special events, and group instructional clinics. Food and Beverage is also included at the 3 comfort stations during golf playtime.
There is no initiation fee for the annual membership. Dues for the annual membership program are $ 7,000 for the individual annual membership and $ 10,000 for the family annual membership.

Average nightly rental based on comparable vacation rentals in the Los Cabos area as determined by reputable experienced property managers. For estimation purposes, the total rental days was considered at a 10% rental occupancy per year. Rental rate could potentially increase by 25% during holidays (Christmas, New Years, Spring Break). Each year a potential increase could be expected based on the community becoming more established.
